Shipping Information
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after shipment. The shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any customs delays.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You must initiate the return or exchange process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Flower bulbs (e.g., Allium, Crocus, Daffodil)
- Live plants (e.g., Cacti and succulents, Asclepias | milkweed)
- Grass & lawn seed
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by Sosoli Plant Shop.
