Our plants are selected for their hardiness and adaptability. However, we recommend checking the specific requirements of each plant to ensure it will thrive in your local climate.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping options?
We offer two shipping options: Standard Shipping via DHL or FedEx for $12.95, which delivers within 10-15 days after dispatch, and Free Shipping via EMS for orders over $50, which delivers within 15-25 days after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide, except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia due to logistical constraints.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

What if my plants arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging your plants to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your plants are damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
